Description
Dalla Cia Grappa Aged Premium Selection Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot is a 500ml bottle of grappa, a husk spirit made from fermented grape skins. It has a smokey dark chocolate and vanilla aroma and a slightly sweet aftertaste. The grappa is made using an artisanal bain-marie double-distillation process, extracting 30L of spirit from half a ton of husks within 48 hours of pressing the grapes. It is then aged for 6-9 months in second-fill French oak barrels. This grappa can be enjoyed slowly, either slightly chilled or at room temperature, or added to espresso as a caffé corretto.
