Description
This product is an Ultratec bamboo biltong slicer with carbide knife sharpener. It has a quality stainless steel blade that detaches for independent use, a wooden cutting board which is hygienic and hard wearing, a spanner is included for easy blade removal, and fits snuggly into a groove on the side of the board for simple storage. The board has built-in tungsten carbide and ceramic sharpener to keep the blade in tiptop shape. The feet are non-slip to keep the board steady while slicing.
