Description
This is a description of a wood-fired pizza oven that is suitable for residential use. It is made from heat-resistant materials and can cook a variety of foods in a short amount of time. The oven comes with various accessories and manuals, but installation costs are not included in the price.
Standard Oven SMALL
This wood-fired pizza oven is suitable for residential purposes to cook pizza, grilled fish, roasted vegetables, meat, potjiekos, bread, cake, cookies, and hot desserts. The oven is made from refractory and heat-resistant aggregates and steel reinforcers to retain the heat for longer and reduce the prospect of hairline cracks. Depending on the size, our ovens generally achieve the required heat-up cooking level of 350 and 400 degrees celsius in 40 to 60 minutes. This is less than half the time it takes an old-fashioned brick, clay or concrete oven to heat-up. The oven cooks a pizza in 60 to 90 seconds depending on the thickness of the dough and toppings. The SMALL oven fits 1-2 pizzas. The oven comes with:
- Standard galvanised flue pipe and cowl.
- Brick cladding tiles in the following colour variations (subject to stock availability): Autumn, Burn Jasper, Classic, Duet, Ivory, Namib, Redwood, Rose, Shiraz and Kalahari.
- Paint in the following colour variations (subject to stock availability): Grey, Charcoal, Graphite, Anthracite, Black, Brown, Red, Terracotta, Biscuit, Heritage Green, Green, Pacific Blue, Aquamarine, White and Dessert Sand.
- Stainless steel paddle.
- Door with thermostat.
- Adjustable air control vent.
