Description
Bean There's Ethiopia Decaf 1kg is a decaffeinated version of their popular Ethiopia Sidamo coffee. It is made using the CO2 natural decaffeination process, which preserves the flavor without the use of harsh chemicals. The coffee has a creamy body and notes of vanilla, making it enjoyable even without the caffeine. It is sourced from the Sidamo region, specifically the town of Yirgalem, and is produced by the Fero cooperative, a member of the Sidama Coffee Farmers' Cooperative Union. The coffee is grown at an altitude of 2100 meters and is made from heirloom arabica varietals using the fully washed process. The flavor profile includes gentle almond notes, balanced acidity, and hints of blackberry.
