Description
This is a product description for a 4 flute wood boring bit. The bit is Ø16.0mm in diameter and 400mm in overall length. The bit has 6.35mm hex shank for quick change and 4 flute design. The bit is for use with a low rpm rotary drill with a planetary gearbox. The bit has advantages such as the 4 cutting edges that leaves a cleaner and more precise bored hole, the same designed screw tip as from an auger drill bit, and the shank can be clamped into a 6.35mm quick change chuck or a standard 3 jaw chuck. The bit also prevents slipping in a chuck.
4 flute wood boring bit
Diameter: Ø16.0mm
Overall length: 400mm
Shank: 6.35mm hex for quick change
Application:

Benefits:
- The drill spurs have 4 cutting edges that leaves a cleaner and more precise bored hole.
- Using the same designed screw tip as from an auger drill bit - the 4 flute boring bit feeds itself.
