June is here, and with it comes a ton of exciting new games to get your hands on! But with so many titles and only so much time, we’ve rounded up the 3 biggest releases to keep your eye on this month!

Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled

Release date: 21 June 2019 (PS4 | Xbox One | Switch)

Most Playstation owners will have fond memories of 1999’s Crash Team Racing. Well, you’ll get the chance to relive those memories with Crash Team Racing: Nitro-Fueled – a remastered edition of the beloved kart-racing game with vastly updated visuals and controls. The remake also adds several new features, including online multiplayer and the ability to choose different karts, which can be customised by the player. The adventure mode has also been tweaked: in addition to new cinematic cutscenes being added, players can choose between “Classic” and “Nitro-Fueled” adventure modes, the latter of which allows players to change their character and kart between races, as well as choose between three difficulty levels.

F1 2019

Release date: 28 June 2019 (PS4, Xbox One, PC)

If you like your racing a little more authentic than driving a go-kart as a bandicoot, you’ll be glad to know that It’s that time of year again where Codemasters delivers another instalment of their beloved F1 franchise.The latest instalment includes all twenty-one circuits, twenty drivers and the ten teams that are present in the 2019 Formula One World Championship, with a new inclusion being that the FIA Formula 2 Championship is now available to play.

The Sinking City

Release date: 27 June 2019 (Xbox One | PS4 | PC) | Pre-order The Sinking City here.

If you’re a fan of mysteries, the paranormal, and Lovecraftian-horror, The Sinking City should be right up your alley. Taking place in the fictional city of Oakmont, Massachusetts, players take on the role of Charles Reed, an investigator who tries to get to the bottom of a mysterious flood which has hit the town and unleashed some horrifying monsters. The game will utilise a lot of the mechanics and systems from the Sherlock Holmes games (also being developed by Frogwares), so expect a lot of investigative dialogue, some sleuthing, and a bit of combat.
