The Amazon Effect

There’s no doubt that Amazon.com has had a major impact on the way we shop, whether online or even in the physical world.

A poll released by PwC states that 28% of shoppers worldwide say that Amazon has influenced their shopping behaviour, this applies to 39 percent of shoppers in Japan, followed by 37 percent of shoppers in the United States.
