The fine things in life can never be too far away from us. Whether it is the latest mobile phone, LED TV, fine bottle of wine or kitchen knives, the different manufacturers are always trying to create something which is fresh and that will catch the attention of their consumers. One does not have to look too far for them, just look in the newspaper, magazines and also online.
I thought I would have a look at what makes a good cup of coffee as the change of seasons is around the corner. A cup of coffee has 3 elements to it in my mind; water, the coffee granules and a coffee maker. If either one is lacking the coffee drinking experience will be far from perfect. The water which we take for granted should be free from any after taste as you would not want anything to be able to interfere with the taste. Tap water from a proper source does the job. Then we come to the most important ingredient the coffee itself. Freshly ground coffee is nice to have and in combination with a coffee maker makes the perfect cup at home. If you are not so lucky then Ricofee will just have to make do unfortunately.
The coffee maker is the last piece and you have plenty of options; De Longhi, Russell Hobbs, Mellerware and Bialetti make some really nice and functional coffee makers.
The perfect cup of coffee is a personal experience and is different for everyone. The journey towards it will have many constantly looking for it.
