I ask general questions about routers like the strictness of Nat type and VDSL capability, something any IT person or at least one person in the shop should know about. Wish someone had a clue what they were doing in their field of work
Service from this store was absolutely terrible, I tried to buy a product online, no one got back to me, I then went into the store to buy the device, they referred me to go back to the website & order there, as they did not have stock, I told them the problem of ordering on their website, they kept making excuses instead of trying to help a customer, I asked if I could order while I was there, they were not too happy about that as well, it was like they were doing me a favour, I would have thought that in these trying times, a small store would try to make sales & bring in the customers but not these guys, their service was absolutely pathetic, I ended up buying the same device from another store that was further away from me, just because they had better service, the guys at ZAPS need to get a serious attitude change if they want to stay in business, I will never buy anything from your store....ever.I was absolutely disgusted when I left their store.
A truly great shopping experience. My goods were delivered and available the next day. Collection and payment made even on Saturday. Top Marks

Used them once and they went out of their way to get me the item. They even phoned me twice which is unusual for an online shop. I hope they can keep up the good work!

small shop brick & mortar shop with great online service and return policy. Have been using them for more than 2 years now. Selection is sometimes limited though.
