Description
This is a description of Iceland moss, which is a type of lichen. It is said to be useful in the treatment of gastritis, vomiting and dyspepsia, as well as in the treatment of respiratory catarrh and bronchitis. It can also be used as a decoction or tincture. Iceland moss is not recommended for use during pregnancy or while breast feeding, and may inhibit the absorption of other drugs.
Dried Iceland Moss Cut is said to be useful in the treatment of gastritis, vomiting and dyspepsia. It's also used in herbal medicine to treat food poisoning and loss of appetite. Iceland Moss can also be used in treating respiratory catarrh and bronchitis as it generally soothes the mucus membranes.

HOW TO USE
As a decoction: Put 1 teaspoonful of moss in 1 cup of cold water. Boil for 3 min and let it stand for 10 min. Drink a cup morning and evening
As a tincture: Take 1-2 ml three times a day
