How do I take it? Adults: 1. Start with - 1 tablet - amount - 2 X per day - for 2 days period.

2. Thereafter 1 tablet - amount - 3 X per day - for 2 days period.

3. Thereafter 1 tablet - amount - 4 X per day - for 2 days period.

4. Thereafter 6 tablets - amount - 3 at breakfast - 3 at lunch.

Remember... Stick to this dosage or reduce according to your body's requirements. How do I take it? Children (6 - 12): 2-3 tablets - amount - 1 x per day - before breakfast or lunch. What's the best way for children to have it? Have it with lots of water or juice, or crush and mix with juice.
