The Scanpan Classic 11.5cm Vegetable Knife is a fully hot-drop forged construction, finest quality German stainless steel knife with a superior taper ground cutting edge. It is individually Rockwell hardness tested, hardness 57. The knife has a genuine Danish design and is perfectly weighted and balanced. The tri-lobal handle design is ergonomic and 20 abraded cutting edges make it a durable knife. The knife is dishwasher safe, but not recommended.
