Help! was the groups second feature film and their first in colour and was originally released in 1965. It contains performances of the following songs:- Help!, Ticket To Ride, Youve Got To Hide Your Love Away, I Need You, Another Girl, Youre Going To Lose That Girl and The Night Before. The basic storyline involves the group being pursued around London, Salisbury Plain, The Austrian Alps and The Bahamas in search of a powerful ring which adorns Ringos finger. In addition it features a host of British character actors from the world on film and television. The DVD release consists of two discs:- Disc One contains the original movie lovingly restored to its original glory with a brand new 5.1 surround soundtrack. Disc Two contains almost an hour of extra features including a documentary on how the film was made, discussion about a missing scene, information on the how the film was restored, trailers and more.
