These orbitals are easy to assemble and come in various types, including unhybridised 1s, 2s, 2p, and 3d orbitals, as well as hybridised sp, sp2, and sp3 orbitals. The set also includes a model of a 2s plus three 2p orbitals. The orbitals are represented by pink and purple colored pear-shaped lobes, with opaque white spheres representing the atomic nuclei. Each model comes with a colorless, transparent base for display purposes, and the approximate heights of the models range from 5 cm for s-orbitals to 9 cm for p-orbitals and 8 cm for d-orbitals.
