Description
The MD80 is Rancilio's high throughput commercial grinder, capable of grinding 12-14kg of coffee per hour. With that kind of capacities, the trusted Italian espresso equipment manufacturer is arming your baristas with a grinder able to serve even the busiest South African cafes, at a surprisingly affordable price.
It has an adjustable doser, that can issue anywhere from 5g to 10g of ground coffee on one pull of the lever. Its hopper and dosing chamber is made of tinted plastic to avoid UV damage to the coffee beans.
It also features automatic operation, whereby you can programme the grinder to keep the dosing chamber full to a specific level, minimising the time that your barista might have to spend doing anything other than making coffees.
