The spices include sea salt, brown sugar, cumin, chillies (8.7%), black peppercorns, cayenne pepper (3.3%), coriander, cinnamon, cloves, fennel, cardamom, curry leaves, turmeric extract, thai 7-spice, taco, moroccan, korma, vindaloo, rogan josh, smoked paprika, and basil. The spices have a shelf life of 24 months.
