- Srirachais a Thai chilli that is tangy, sweet and sour, and packs a heat punch. Experiment with seafood, chicken and noodle dishes or for table seasoning
- Chipotleis a blend of wood-smoked chilli peppers, roasted garlic, cumin and sugar. It is delicious with pork, beef, chicken and particularly Mexican dishes
- Piriis a famous Portuguese-style seasoning made with tiny African birds eye chillies, lemon and paprika. It adds fiery flavour to chicken, prawns and steak
