This is a set of 6 stainless steel strainers designed for use in hot pot or shabu shabu cooking. Each strainer is 11 1/2 inches long and has a 3 inch diameter food basket. They are used for straining excess liquid from cooked hot pot dishes and are recommended to be given one per person for individual eating pace.
