Concentrating on the major figures of Davidson,Wicksell, Cassel, and Heckscher, and on the members of the Stockholm School, it discusses Swedish contributions to both the neo-classical and Keynesian revolutions. Throghout, Swedish economic thought is seen in the context both of international economics and of domestic institutional developments.
