The KitchenAid Spiralizer Attachment is an accessory that comes with a 4-in-1 blade system. It has a fine spiralizing blade that creates a 4 mm x 4 mm strand similar to spaghetti, a medium spiralizing blade that creates a 4 mm x 6 mm strand for quick-and-easy potatoes and zucchini, and a slicing blade with 12 mm core for a 4 mm ribbon-style result, perfect for fresh fruits and vegetables with little to no cores, such as zucchini. The slicing blade with 23 mm core for a 4 mm ribbon-style result is designed for fresh fruits and vegetables with larger cores such as apples. The slicing blade with 12 mm core and the peeling blade are also available separately. The KitchenAid Spiralizer Attachment is designed to work with, and powered by, all KitchenAid stand mixers. It is convenient to store in the packaging case.
