The black Microplane Premium classic zester zests citrus fruits as well as grating hard cheese and ginger. With a premium soft-touch handle and non-scratch end tabs even the hardest Parmesan Reggiano as well as other hard cheeses are cut into fine lacy wisps. The grater is ideal for topping your favourite spaghetti and meatballs or a Caesar salad with the cheese of your choice. It's also wonderful for effortless citrus zesting to add natural flavours to a variety of deserts or dressings. The zester blade is made from stainless steel and the handle is made from black plastic. It measures 30.4cm/12in by 3.3cm/1.3in by 2.5cm/1in approx. The gourmet slicer in black precisely slices various foods with speed, ease and convenience into 2mm widths (one-twelfth of an inch). It eliminates the need to master knife skills for recipes that call for thin slices of cucumbers, radishes, zucchini, potatoes, onions, Pepperoni, apples and other ingredients.
