Description
The King of Tokyo Second Edition - Power Up Expansion Board Game includes the new monster Pandakai, a giant panda bear. Players take the eight Evolution cards associated with Pandakai, shuffle them, and then place them face down in front of them. Players then take turns playing one of their Evolution cards, which can either help them or hinder their opponents. The first player to reach 21 points wins the game.
