The Gefu Spirelli Spiral Slicer is a kitchen tool that is designed to create Julienne strips of vegetables. The Japanese blades are made of stainless steel and the slicer is dishwasher safe. The slicer has two Julienne sizes - 2x3 mm and 3.5x5 mm.
