Description
The protagonist, Emilia, has just returned to her hometown of Cotswold, England to take over her family's bookshop. She is excited to be able to sell books that she loves and share the stories of her customers with them. However, she soon discovers that the best stories are not just found within the pages of the books she sells, but also within the lives of her customers. There is the lady of the manor who is hiding a secret, the single dad who is looking for books to share with his son, and the chef who is trying to find the courage to talk to her crush. Emilia's story is also a part of the bookshop's history, as she has made a promise to her father to save the shop.
