The Rextron 2PORT USB Kvm Switch with Cables is a switch that enables one user to operate upto eight computers from one of two different locations. While in idle, bothconsoles show the same computer information; but only one console hascontrol at a time. For security reasons, only one console has the informationwhen it takes control and the other console's screen is blanked leavingthe keyboard LEDs (Num/Caps/Scroll Lock) flashing. The KNV2108D returnsto idle after someone has just operated it. One out of two access points tooperate sixteen computers. The on-screen menu for easy serveridentification and management has password security that preventsunauthorized access. The cascade control up to 136 computerswith other NovaView switches.
