The ingredients include calcium (as calcium lactate), magnesium (as magnesium citrate), passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) flower extract, valerian (Valeriana officinalis) root extract, and other ingredients such as microcrystalline cellulose, cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid (vegetable), silica, and coating (hypromellose, medium chain triglycerides, and hydroxypropylcellulose). Directions for use are to take two tablets up to three times daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. The product is gluten free and vegetarian.
