The oil has a stimulating, woody, minty scent and is also good for infections and puffiness. Rosemary oil is not recommended for use for high blood pressure or for epilepsy.

HOW TO USE ROSEMARY ESSENTIAL OIL
Just a few drops blended in a tablespoon of carrier oil makes a nice rub for sore throat, stiff neck and general muscle pain.

Rosemary Multi-Purpose Cleaner:
c water
c vinegar
12 drops rosemary oil
For extra cleansing power: a few drops of lemon, lemongrass, thyme, orange or clove essential oil.
