ECHINACEA ROOT TEA
Add 1 or 2 heaped teaspoons of Echinacea root for each cup of tea required, into a teapot
Pour boiling the water over the tea
Cover and leave to infuse for 8-10 minutes.
Strain and serve
Add a little honey or freshly squeezed lemon (even slice of ginger root) to add an extra flavour and more health benefits
