Description
The essential oil is Sweet Fennel, which is a diuretic and anti-spasmodic. It can be helpful in dispersing cellulitis, bronchitis, whooping cough, and rheumatism. It is a gentle oil, but must not be confused with Bitter Fennel, which can be toxic and a skin irritant. The oil is 100% pure and comes from India. It is extracted using steam distillation from crushed fennel seeds. It is not recommended for people with epilepsy or during pregnancy.

HOW TO USE
Add 5-6 drops to a bowl of steaming hot water, cover your head with a towel and breathe in the vapour
Dilute 2 drops in a teaspoon of olive oil and rub under your nose, on the chest, or around the neck.
Add to unscented soaps or bath salts
Blend with a carrier oil to make massage or bath & body oils
Add a few drops to a little water in one of our oil burners
