Holy Basil (Ocimum sanctum) Leaf 10:1 Extract (containing urosolic acid), Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) Root 15:1 Extract (containing withanolides), Amla (Emblica officinalis) Fruit 5:1 Extract (containing tannins), Bacopa (Bacopa monniera) Leaf 8:1 Extract (containing bacosides A & B)
Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid, silica, and coating (hypromellose, medium chain triglycerides , and hydroxypropylcellulose).
Directions: Take two tablets two to three times daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
