Description
The 13th century was a time of great exploration and Marco Polo was one of the many people who ventured out to find new lands and trade goods. He and his father and uncle traveled to many different places, including China, and Marco Polo was able to learn a great deal about the mercantile trade. He also gained favor with the great Kublai Kahn, who was the ruler of China at the time.
At the end of the 13th century, Marco Polo sets off with his father and uncle on a long voyage to the East. They will journey far and wide, master the mercantile trade, and gain favor with the great Kublai Kahn.
