It is suitable for all hobs, has a 9mm thick aluminium warp-free thermal base, and a short cooking time and less fat required means healthy food that retains vitamins and minerals. The pan has 5 layer coating that ensures the pan is hard wearing and long lasting. The ergonomic handles are heat resistant up to 240C. The pan was designed and developed with the German national culinary team and was named The World's Best Pan by Germany's largest culinary association and by the European culinary association. The pan is 100% PFOA free.
