The Remoska is a compact, energy-efficient oven that is ideal for cooking for 2-6 people. It has a heating element in the lid with a simple on-off switch, and there are steam vents on the lid so that items like pastry will crisp and brown. The Remoska cooks between 180-220 degrees Fahrenheit, and there is no need to pre-heat it. If preheating, be sure to add a little oil or bain marie with water to protect the non-stick coating from overheating.
