Description
The paint is made with oxides of cobalt and chromium, which gives it a blue color. It is classified as a synthetic inorganic color, and has an index of PB36. It is meant for use with safflower oil, and has a hiding power of opaque and a pigment loading of normal. It is soft butter consistency, dries at a rate of 3-6 days, and is ASTM approved.
