The Garmin Hrm-dual is a heart rate strap that transmits real-time heart rate data over ANT+ connectivity and BLUETOOTH Low Energy technology. The strap is also comfortable and adjustable, and features a soft strap that is washable. The strap also has a battery that lasts for up to 3.5 years.
