This is a brush made of Kolinsky sable, which is the finest type of hair used to make brushes. The brush is soft, has a long handle, and is designed for oil painting.
By hand-selecting the finest Kolinsky Sable during only the winter
months, Isabey ensures that the longest, densest and most luxurious
hair is used within their Series 6116 Pure Kolinsky Sable Brushes.
This will allow for a really precise point to be achieved with the
brush - ideal for highly detailed, finer work. The softness of the
brush also allows for beautiful blending but it has enough snap and
spring to hold a really fine point. A long handle brush for use
