Unit 43 seems quite simple when first sipped and the juniper is very predominant
There is a spicy citrus note from the grains of paradise and coriander which can easily be mistaken for the ‘strength’ of the gin
This followed by a short liquorice/lavender burst (although they don’t use liquorice or lavender) and then more citrus
Wait for the after taste of the 5 freshly picked varieties of fynbos which very subtly linger on the tongueÂ

This gin is so delicious, that I've been drinking it with ice and soda and a squeeze of lemon. All the awards really worthy of this one.
