Marras - Swartland Chenin Blanc is a 750ml white wine made from handpicked grapes that were cooled overnight and then destemmed and crushed. The wine was left for 4 hours for skin contact and cold soaked for 3 days for extraction. It was partially naturally fermented and aged in older oak barrels for 10 months. The wine features stone fruit and pear skin flavors and has an alcohol content of 13.5%. It is made in South Africa and is non-returnable.
