Description
The story follows the efforts of Rhodry, Arzosah, and the dwarven axemen to help the town of Cengarn defend themselves from the Horsekin army, while the Princess Carra and her sorcerers protect the town from the inside. If they can destroy Alshandra, the Horsekin and humankind will finally be able to live in peace.
Rhodry, his new dragon ally Arzosah, and the dwarven axemen are rushing to aid the town of Cengarn, under seige from the massive Horsekin army. Meanwhile, within the town walls, the Princess Carra - and her precious unborn child - is under the protection of the sorcerers Jill and Dallandra who eagerly await the arrival of their allies. OnIy by destroying Alshandra can there ever be peace between Horsekin and humankind. But it seems an impossible task...
