It helps relieve gouty pains in the feet and small joints, synovial crepitation, painful soles and is specifically indicated for rheumatism that starts in the feet and ascends up the body. The ingredient Bryonia Alba acts on the joints to counteract effusions from the synovial linings that lead to stitching pain and hot swelling. It relieves aching in the muscles, stiff, painful knees, hot swelling of the feet and muscular pain that is worse for movement and better for rest and cold. Capsicum annuum has an anti-inflammatory action and relieves burning pains in the muscles, pains in the legs, sciatica, myalgia and muscular aches and spasms.
