Description
This is a bi-metal hole saw that has a 114mm hole saw diameter. It is made of HSS (hi-speed steel) teeth that have been set to a variable pitch to improve harmonic vibration and to have a better chip clearance. The hole saw can be used to cut into: aluminum, copper, mild steel (sheet metal), stainless steel (sheet metal), zinc, wood, drywall (plaster board), and PVC. The bi-metal hole saw is primarily used by electricians, plumbers, mechanics, and carpenters. It has a knock out hole for plug removal and a depth of cut of 38mm. The bi-metal hole saw has a long life when used properly within the correct rpm and using a lubricant when cutting into metals.
