Escentia Clary Sage Pure Essential Oil is a blend of 100% Clary Sage essential oil. It is known to be an aphrodisiac, help with sexual problems, and promote feelings of well-being and perspective. It is also helpful for PMT, relieving insomnia, lifting depression and nervousness, and being a natural sedative. It is best used with unscented bath salts, shampoo, or conditioner, and can be added to carrier oils to make massage or bath and body oils. It blends well with other citrus oils, geranium, jasmine, lavender, rose, and sandalwood. It is not recommended for pregnant women, epileptic individuals, or those with high blood pressure.
