HOW TO USE
Add to soaps, bath oils etc. to create what is often identified as a more 'masculine' fragrance
For cystitis, mix an oil containing 30 ml (2 tbsp) almond oil, 2 drops wheatgerm, and 15 drops parsley and massage on the tummy, sacrum area and top of the hands. (Aromatherapy Bible Recipe)
Add 3 to 4 drops of Parsley seed essential oil to your bath water to help treat rheumatism and urinary problems.
Blend 3 to 4 drops of Parsley seed essential oil with a carrier oil (sesame oil works well) to make your own pain relieving massage oil.
Make your own skin toner by blending 2 drops of parsley oil with 5 drops of tea tree oil and 1 cup of natural apple cider vinegar. This will help to keep your skin blemish-free.
