Herbal Tea (infusion): Place 1-2 teaspoons (2.5g) of leaves into a cup of boiling water. Let stand for 10-15 mins. Strain and drink as hot as possible. Up to 3 cups a day
Tincture: 2-4 ml three times a day.
For inhalation: Place 1 heaped tablespoon in 500ml of boiling water. Allow to infuse and inhale the steam under a towel. Repeat several times a day as needed.
Foot bath: 2 handfuls of leaves, infused in warm water. Soak feet for 20 min.
