HOW TO USE WALNUT SHELLS
Herbal Tea (decoction - internal use): Add 1.5g to a cup of water. Bring to boil. Let steep for 5-10 mins before straining. Drink 1-2 times per day.
Herbal decoction (external use): Add 5g to 200ml of water. Boil, stir and let steep for 15-20 mins. Add to bath, or strain and add apply liquid topically to affected area.
