Ends of the Earth is a novel about Nick Polchak, a forensic entomologist, who is called to the scene of a murder on a small organic farm in North Carolina. Nick's old friend and estranged wife, a woman he once had feelings for, asks him to investigate her husband's drug-related murder. Nick soon finds himself drawn to two other women who have their eye on him. Nick must navigate the unexplored territory of his own heart while he solves the agroterrorist's plot to ignite an environmental holocaust that could spread to the ends of the earth.
