Trocomare is a salt made from fresh, organically grown herbs and vegetables. The herbs and vegetables are processed within 8 hours of harvesting, and there are no additives, preservatives, or MSG. Trocomare is perfect for use on salads, vegetables, beans, rice, pasta, meats, or pizza.

The fresh herbs are combined with natural sea salt and allowed to steep for up to one year before the moisture is removed by a special vacuum process at low temperature. This steeping process integrates the full herb and vegetable flavour into the salt crystal.
