Fer Iron 24MG 30 Tabs is a chelation-method formulation that uses amino acids as carriers for iron molecules to increase absorption. Adults and children 14 years and older should take 1 tablet daily after meals. The ingredients are iron (from Ferrochel ferrous bisglycinate chelate, Folic acid, Calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, castor oil, flexicoat mavue, magnesium stearate, maize starch, microcrystalline cellulose, polyvinylpyrrolidone, shellac, silicon dioxide, sodium lauryl sulphate, talc and purified water.
