This product is a cream base for bleaching or lightening hair. It is used in conjunction with Nu Lite Bleach Powder.
Rich cream base to avoid over damage when bleaching or lightening hair. Specifications Directions for use: Use in conjunction with Nu Lite Bleach Powder: Mix two scoops of Nu-Lite Bleach Powder to three scoops of Nu-lite Cr*me Peroxide in a plastic bowl until a thick and creamy paste is obtained.
