This product comes in a 30m pack size. Specifications Take about 45 cm of floss and wrap it around your middle fingers, taking care to leave a few centimetres of floss in the middle. Pull the thread firmly by pinching it between your thumbs and index fingers. Gently slide the taut wire between your teeth, down to your gum tissue. Then, holding the floss against the tooth, make a vertical movement from the gum to the tooth.
